arkitkt.com is a newly founded, freelance webdesign studio dedicated to simple, standards-compliant webdesign using xhtml and css.
My name is Scott Benedict and I’m a high-school Spanish teacher in Las Vegas, NV (recently moved from LA, grew up in Michigan) by day and a webdesigner by night. Because of this, I am able to not only create sites in English, but Spanish (and German), too!
I’ve been designing webpages for about 8 years now, but nothing on the professional level, mostly my own website or websites for friends. I’m ready to move up to the next level and bring my ideas and creations to the world.
In an effort to build up my portfolio beyond my own personal work, I’m offering 3 free website redesigns, template implementations, or complete designs from scratch to three worthy people, companies, organizations, or businesses.I specialize in xhtml/css design and adapting these designs to wordpress blogging/cms software, but I’m open to other design implementations.
